Project: Food Budget–Week 13
We had a boring food budget week around these parts! To be honest, I have been kind of lazy and uninspired, and it shows.
I had a 10K running race on Sunday, and, I followed my coach 2Chili’s orders to run as hard as possible over a pretty hilly course. I have never been so completely spent after running 6 miles and am still paying the price for that effort, so the eating has been admittedly kind of boring. This is all I have wanted to do all week:
Yes, our kitty is a little on the large size, but we like to think of her as fat and happy. (Truthfully, she’s not really that happy – she is kind of cranky, but in a loveable way.)
In other news, for last night’s leftover dinner, I used some cashew cheese in the Teriyaki Tofu Wraps instead of the garlic macadamia spread, and it was so amazingly good! I thought they were good the first time, but they are way better without the garlic-y spread.
