- Sunday: Panini sandwiches and potatoes
Observations:
- Since this was a CSA week, I had a much more restrictive budget with which to work over a normal week. Luckily we are pretty well stocked up from last week and didn’t need a lot!
- 2Chili has informed me he does not like the Trader Joe’s orange juice, so we’re back to his normal Tropicana from Amazon Fresh. I am not a juice drinker, so, I was just looking at it from a cost perspective. Apparently the TJ juice is just not great.
- I find myself thinking more about what we need and making lists, instead of just willy nilly adding things to my shopping order on a whim. That’s a good thing!
- I now have a lot of greens on hand, thanks to our produce box. I’m thinking of making this soup from Gena over at Choosing Raw as a way to use them in a productive way…
