After a week away, we made it home safely from Hawaii on Saturday. And, aside from perhaps the most horrible surrounding passengers I have ever experienced on a flight (which we unfortunately had both going to and coming from Honolulu), and coming home with a small head cold, our little vacation was a wonderful success. It does a person good to get away every now and then!
Now, it’s back to reality, back to work, and, back to remodeling our project home. With any luck, we’ll have a completed full bathroom in the next 2-3 weeks, and I’ll be one very happy camper, because that means the next project is the kitchen. I’m going on one full year without a real kitchen – certainly a record!
I have a few ideas for new recipes that I’m going to try out this week and hope to share soon, but in the meantime, I thought I’d do a little giveaway. This one is nothing fancy, but it is good! I have one box of completely sealed and never opened “Recharge” protein and greens powder from the Be Well product line. The box has 14 individual packets, and I’m going to give it to one of you. (The powder is both protein and greens all-in-one).
I bought this a couple of months ago not really thinking that it is whey protein, and, I just don’t do well with whey. So, while it is a high quality protein and greens powder, sadly, it isn’t great for me. Everyone’s body is different, and some people do really well with whey, I’m just not one of them.
So, rather than having it go to waste, I thought I’d share it with one of you! Here is a screenshot from the Be Well page – note, I only have one box to send to a winner, which is about a $75 value (it is out of a kit that costs $200).
