Hi friends,
Just a quick note to let you know that my much-anticipated Ninja Mega Kitchen System has arrived. I am planning on taking it with us next week to Bend — where we will have a fully functioning kitchen in a rental house– and really giving it the shakedown. 2Chili is participating in a cyclocross race there, so we decided to make a week of it, which is great timing for really trying this puppy out.
As you can see from this picture, our Seattle renovation is still very much in progress, as there is a table saw (and a chop saw) in my future kitchen. (Kitchen reno update to come later – we are getting there!)
However, while we are on the topic, I have a request for those of you that are are interested in this blending system:
What do you want to know about the new Ninja Mega?
I will of course do a comparison chart between the new Mega and the existing Ninja Professional, in terms of power, functionality, usability, etc., but, what else do you want to know about it? I have one request to do whole veggie juicing, but what else? Please let me know in the comments so I can be sure to check it out for you.

I was in BBB today and saw the Ninja one pot cooking system. It was smaller than I thought. Don’t like the non-stick, but the pan was pretty hefty.
Anyway, how about making some sort of cookie or muffin dough in the new ninja mega?

I will make some cookies. Now that I have been eating gluten free for over a month, it is about time to figure out how to make some GF cookies!
Yes, please cookie and bread dough. I am also curious if you add all ingredients at once up front or add ingredients in stages or in order as recipes calls for.

Yes! Angela, I’ve been waiting with bated breath for this review! In fact, I have the MEGA sitting in my basement and refuse to open the box and start using it until I read your review. Never thought I’d have that kind of self control but for $180, I can wait! Please hurry though!
