You can make the rice flour with any model Ninja blender, but I used a Ninja Professional BL660 in the demonstration. If you don’t currently own a Ninja, check out my various reviews for the Pulse, Professional, and Mega Kitchen System from Ninja — they will all do the rice flour, but Professional and Mega KS will do it a little faster/better. This could also be done in the dry mixing jar of a Vitamix or other super powerful blender if you have one.
