And yeah, I’ll look at the be well site too. Thanks!

I have found them at every TJ’s I’ve been to. They are in the produce section in a plastic clamshell package. Usually near the apples or bananas, but, it is different at each store. You may just want to ask someone – they are a lot cheaper and fresher at TJ’s.

Good for you for branching out with your smoothie. Check out the Be Well site as well – he has lots of good smoothie recipes that will also work, in addition to Dr. Junger’s!

I have to buy them at WFM. I’ll look again next time I’m there. Maybe I just missed them.

Anyway, this recipe would work for my cleanse/elimination diet ingredients! whoo hoo. I am going to a family party Sunday, and I am going to bring my “own food” sigh. I’m still deciding what to bring….but this might be a nice substitute when everyone is having cake. hmm.

Oh and I thought of you this AM, while making my smoothie. I branched out and tried something new, getting sick of blueberries. I made some (home roasted) cashew hazelnut milk and added my fresh garden greens, dates, and unsweetened coco powder. It was actually quite good. Chocolaty!

I still haven’t looked through your smoothie recipes again. I need to do that soon!
