The sugar is from the blueberries and coconut water. Coco water has quite a bit of sugar. The vega powder is really low in sugar (about 2 g).

I would reduce the liquid to 3/4 of a cup and add 3-4 ice cubes to help break up the greens that you add. Hope that helps!
