And totally opposite of what you might think – heat pump is for heating AND cooling.

Tankless water heaters are expensive but they last 30+ years, so it all works out in the end. I love the on demand nature of them – you’re not heating all that water all the time, only when you need it.

I have heard about tankless water heaters, and they are highly recommended. We dont’ have one though. :(
