		<description><![CDATA[Hi Debbie, yes, they are fascinating! And totally opposite of what you might think - heat pump is for heating AND cooling. 

Tankless water heaters are expensive but they last 30+ years, so it all works out in the end. I love the on demand nature of them - you&#039;re not heating all that water all the time, only when you need it.
