I have never had quinoa before and know absolutely nothing about it, but I would like to try to incorporate it into my diet. What kind of quinoa is the best to use for this recipe? I’ve only recently found out there’s more than like 100 kinds of quinoa! I can’t wait to try this recipe! I’m dairy free so I will probably try either Rice, Soy, or Almond milk instead of the skim milk. Thanks so much for sharing this!

I’m glad you enjoyed! Tangerines are a delicious add-in idea! You could probably add a little more flour (maybe 2-3 TBS) next time if you are going to use tangerines again to help combat the extra moisture from the tangerines.

Thanks for your note!
